The gin pole : Solution in erecting antenna masts
An easy method for erecting antenna masts using readily available material
A typical problem – a mast is to be erected at point X. The mast is temporarily propped with a stepladder or other support. Rope is secured to the mast as shown and extended in the direction to which the mast is to rise. Forces involved can be tremendous and the mast may buckle.

Not really a Gin Pole coming from a retired naval aviation officer and amateur radio operator here in the USA.
This is a tower design.
A Gin Pole is that – a single pole elevated higher than the structure one wants to work on with a pulley at its apex.
