If you are looking for frequencies, there are some Yahoo Groups devoted to this kind of informations, but even some popular blogs and websites.

6877 jams the Aman / Mossad (?) CW broadcast from Haifa. Clever way to ensure that at least some receivers are tuned to that frequency. I’m sure the Israelis don’t mind (and I bet most traffic is just fake anyway).
I actually came across a transmission two weeks ago by accident around 7925 khz (if i remember correctly) around 20:00 UT. That, on a pocket Grundig in a fairly electrically noisy suburb in Pennsylvania.
It was a total fluke. For all I know, it could have been because the neighbors were using their toaster for all I know. The skywave gods were on my side. I couldn’t recreate the effect.
The urging to give up and go home in Arabic, however, gave me flashbacks to youth of my dad trying to get me to not do something stupid.
I was listening to RAF Kinloss on 5680khz the other day, great listening
