I’ve recently purchased at local central post office 30 new IRC valid thru 2013.
Price here in Italy is € 1.29, but I’ve found also some QSL managers that sale suprlus IRC and dollars online… according to someone of these, price could be even cheeper, aprox € 1,15 according to g3swh!
